Questions about Office Costs

Q. - How much does it cost?

Monthly licence fees range from £395/month for a single person office up to about £1500/month for a six to eight person office.
Q. - Do I need to pay a deposit?
A - A deposit equivalent to two months licence fee is payable in advance and is returnable at the end of the licence.

  • building insurance and maintenance
Q. - Are there any extras?
A - You will be charged for your telephone calls, telephone line rental and any other additional services that you use.
Q. - How can I pay?
A - Payment of licence fees is monthly in advance and payment for use of additional services is monthly in arrears.
Collection of payment for all invoices is by Direct Debit.
Q. - Are serviced offices more expensive than taking a lease and paying rent?
A - Studies have shown that after you take account of all the other costs incurred in renting premises (rates, maintenance, heat & light, cleaning, staffing, security etc.) that serviced offices offer a very competitive option and you have much more flexibility and only pay for the space that you need.
